“I am very pleased with my purchase of 2 area rugs. They arrived quickly and were packaged to protect the rugs. I will purchase from them in the future as needed. The amazing low prices and free shipping were also incentives to buy.”

She was eager to help, extremely enthusiastic and knowledgable. The Momeni rug was worth waiting for--it is well-made, beautiful and perfect in our home.”

“The customer service team was wonderful (Jamie) and accommodating throughout my selection process. Very responsive and flexible which I truly appreciate. I bought my first rug and as a direct result of Jamie's service have bought a few more with plans to continue buying...we just bought a 4k sqft house with all wood flooring so we have a lot of area to cover! Great selection (albeit a little overwhelming). I think the function searching by colors is great in theory but could use some refinement. Also, I wish you could search by pattern (like solid color, floral, geometric, etc.) instead of just by design type. That said, overall really impressed with the site but mostly the stellar customer service!”

“It was a great help when I wrote to Customer Service. I looked high and low to replace a rug I had already bought from you. Someone had spilled coffee on the rug, it's impossible to get the stain out. Customer Service was able to look up old orders of mine and told me exactly what I had bought. I just like the rug so much it goes well in the kitchen. I have a duplicate in our entrance way as well.”

“The quality, designs and workmanship of the Momeni New Wave rugs are superb. I love them so much that I’ve gotten four. The first three have been in the living room getting lots of traffic for six years, and they look as new. Really, there aren’t any like them.”

“After much deliberation I contacted Rugs Done Right inquiring about a rug order. I was contacted immediately by a rep and informed of the shipment time time and encouraged to be patient. Patience is a virtue that I'm short of but it paid off. The rep informed me my order is on its way sooner than expected! She was very personable in her e-mails which I appreciated.”
