“I had purchased a larger rug (8x11) for our living room at a local store. I was looking for the same rug, much smaller, 4x4 round to place in the foyer near the larger rug when I came across RugsDoneRight on the Internet. This is one fabulous company. They had the exact rug I was looking for, the price was competitive and they offered free shipping and no sales tax. I received the rug in just a few days. I went back to check the price and noticed that it was on sale for Memorial Day. I inquired if they would refund me the difference as to what I paid, and they immediately gave me a refund for the difference. This is a great company to do business with and I can not say enough about their products or customer service. Do yourself a favor and deal with RugsDoneRight, you will not be disappointed!”

“Tremendous customer service - quick responses, helpful, and very courteous. Sets the standard. Impressive rug selection with very competitive prices. Only suggestion for improvement relates to the shipping service used for large rugs. It’s not fast and tracking is not very good. You don’t know when the rug will arrive.”
