“Like many items at this time, my rugs were on back order for awhile. Both times I reached out for an update, the customer service team replied immediately and with actual, genuine information/update status. “This is my first purchase from RugsDoneRight. I initially had a few questions before I purchased the rug and every time I called in, every single live person I spoke with was wonderful. There was a slight issue (on the manufacturer's side) regarding availability/ ship time and when I called in to inquire the Customer Service team was great! They actually cared about my issue and went above and beyond to assist with the situation. We just received our rug last night (relatively quick shipping) and we will definitely be ordering from RDR again.”

“I ordered a rug on Memorial Day that was on sale and available. I verified this with an online chat. Was told in stock and shipping from GA. Few weeks later was told that when they went to fulfill my order, the rug was gone. I spoke with customer service Liz, who was so nice and helpful. She found a similar rug that was in stock and was larger like I originally wanted but wasn’t available. I paid for the larger size, and they honored the original amount off and 1st time customer discount. This is customer service at its finest. Hard to find service like this anymore. Big thank you to Liz who is wonderful!!!”
