“Beautiful rugs, but very difficult to get updated information on shipping. We've ordered 6 rugs for our office space in the last 2 months from various online retailers. The rug from you guys took 3-4 times longer to get. I also had a hard time getting any updated information through the website or trying to call. Not great communication and longer than expected ship time.”

“The rug is exactly the colors in the pictures but came up a little short on the size. All in all a great quality rug. Also I asked for signature on delivery and it was at my front door not knowing it was there until I saw it. Too heavy for me to carry in by myself so I had to get a neighbor to help.”

“I think the website is fairly easy to use and to process the carpet selection by filters, one's personal choices. I have not rec'd my carpets yet. So perhaps I will have a chance to review this online vendor again once the carpet arrives.”
