“I am very happy with the rug. It is a perfect match and good quality. My only criticism is that it took a long time to arrive, and I did not have a good sense of when it would arrive. On balance, very happy and the company has been pleasant to deal with.”

“The rug is beautiful. Unfortunately it does not work in my space (very dark, you feel like you're falling into an abyss). It has been a nightmare to try to return it. RugsDoneRight has been unhelpful. They will not print a label for me, so I have to bring the very heavy rug into a Fed Ex office. Unfortunately I threw out the packaging (my bad, I don't blame them for that) so I have to find suitable packaging, bring this rug into Fed Ex and pay a lot of money to ship it back to UT. Oh, they also say it needs to arrive across the country within 2 weeks (hoping for some flexibility there because it has been such a headache to get it out the door). Anyway, I am dismayed by the return policy and would not ever risk buying a rug online again through RugsDoneRight because of this.”

“The rug that was delivered yesterday was ordered nine months ago. I’m aware of the supply chain issues and wrote to customer support several times for updates. The response was always quick, informative, and polite. I did consider cancelling the order after waiting six months, but I did not. I’ll order from this company again, as I’m quite sure the long delay in shipping was not their fault.”

“Your photographs and descriptions are invaluable. Color and size of the photographs, plus the capacity to zoom, is better that of any other online rug retailer — crucial factor when purchasing rugs online. Although I have not yet received my order, ship time is impressive. Overall, your site is very user-friendly. My only suggestion would be to enable (if possible) faster access when using your search option. Wait time for detailed descriptions plus photographs to load was longer than on other sites and somewhat frustrating. Thank you for a great shopping experience overall!”
