“We purchased a set of pillows which were nice but didn't work with our decor. Unfortunately, I only learned they were not returnable when I attempted to do so. I purchase home decor items from so many places. This is the only company that doesn't take a return on pillows. Won't be shopping here again!”

“I purchased 2 runners that I found in 12 and 14’ lengths. The rugs are thin but I expected that so no surprise, but unfortunately the rugs leaned more silver than I wanted. I didn’t read the web site thoroughly enough so return shipping would be in me. I have the rugs to a friend who could use them.”

“We bought a rug on Oct 17. I spoke several times to UPS to confirm the delivery details.. The rug has not been delivered although the UPS update still reads out for delivery... If they do show up today, they will be turned away due to building regulations re elevator usage..These regulations were conveyed several times by phone to UPS Why do you ask for a rating before a delivery is made ?”

“I have attempted three times in the past month to contact and return a rug I purchased that was not the correct color and no one has reached out or returned or responded to my request to return. Disappointed I spent so much money on a rug that sits in a box taking up a huge part of my dinning room.”

“Although the rug shipped asap and arrived very quickly, I am not happy with the quality of the rug. I am very careful & not to use a vacuum with a beater bar...But still, the rug will NOT stop shedding. It's been over a year now and it still sheds everywhere! It's awful. I do not recommend this rug (Surya Sahara SAH-2305 Beige Rug) to anyone!”
