“We looooove the Spicher vinyl floor mat ordered from you (Whig Rose - Hope Springs Eternal -- how can you resist THAT?). This is not even a design or color scheme I would normally choose but we bought an old derelict house with kitchen linoleum so grimy that no amount of scrubbing will make it look clean. Kitchen redo is low on the list of priorities so, because I'm already a big fan of Spicher and Company mats, I looked for one that would go with what's already there. And when we do install linoleum as planned, this mat will go elsewhere to protect the wood floors from our dogs and their nails. The price was better than those on other sites and your customer service was prompt and courteous when I emailed with a query. Very happy. My husband is bringing it to the house this weekend. Our dogs will be thrilled!”

“The website says Free returns. The quality of the rugs is very poor, The colors are not as pictured. Now I am being told that these rugs were made to order which they were not and that I cannot return them. I am not sure what can be done about this but I intend to get my money back”

“I was told via online chat it was ready to ship. Took longer than I expected to ship. Really hated that when you call the 800 number you really have no prompts to talk to customer service about shipment dates. Customer service is very important to me. I most likely would not order again. I feel like they say all the right things but the words are louder than actions”

“Outstanding customer service! Ordered an expensive rug that was backlogged for several months. When it finally shipped, the outside freight company had delivery issues. The customer service professionals at RDR stayed on top of the freight company to ensure delivery and kept me apprised of the progress every day. Truly impressed with the level of individual service!”

“I ordered an area rug in March for our new home. We moved into our home in July. The rug that I ordered was back ordered. On August 19th I received a text saying that my order had shipped. Four months had passed and I received no other notification about the rug being on back order and I completely forgot about it. The rug was shipped to my old address. After picking it up I remembered ordering it. I called immediately to return it and I was told that I could not return clearance merchandise. I explained the entire situation and they still would not take the rug back. It is sitting in my garage wrapped in its original packaging because I have no use for it. I will NEVER order from Rugs Direct again, nor will I recommend them!!”

“I recently purchased a Loloi rug. As far as quality, the rug is five stars. It is very nice. The description said the rug was Brick and Sand, but the color in my opinion was not brick, it was brown. I reached out to customer service in order to return the rug, but was told the price was considerably reduced to clearance and could not be returned. It did have the word 'clearance' in the title 'Loloi Rugs Heirloom Store Clearance HQ08 Brick Rug' but it wasn't on clearance in terms of being permanently marked down. When I sent the email to request a return for rug - the rug was not on sale.”
