“Rug is lovely and as pictured, aside from a little stain. It blends in with the pattern but would be nice if it wasn't there. Although it took a while to arrive, it was sooner than expected.”

“Great prices and selection but grossly misleading delivery times! Still waiting 4+ months for a delivery of a rug. Site still says "1-2 week" delivery time on product. I've brought it to their attention several times but site remains unchanged.”

“I ordered a particular rug in the round shape. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to come in. I asked them to cancel my order, they offered me the 5x7 that they had in stock, they revised my order and cancelled the round and are shipping me the 5x7. I have not received it yet, but the customer service so far is great.”

“Unfortunately, I had to rely on your customer support as my order experience with your company hasn’t been a pleasant one. While I sit and continue to wait for all of my order to be completed which is now another month or more? I will say that your customer service has been out-standing with keeping me up-dated on my order. Polite and truthfu They replied very fast and were able to track down my rugs. However the ending to my experience with the company isn’t a happy one. I probably won’t order from you again in the future. When I go "directly to the companies website” and read that 3 of the rugs I want are in stock I don’t want to find out after having only one rug delivered one week and then having to wait another week for the next.. that there was never a 3d rug in stock! I feel given the computerized world we live in today... keeping your website and warehouse stock updated shouldn’t be a problem. ...just say’en!”

“this took FOR EV ER. I ordered my rug on clearance at the end of February 2021. It said it could take 10 to 12 weeks to get to me... it took, 6 months. I emailed several times and there was always an excuse.. what struck me to be so odd was that it was on clearance.. which usually means you're *clearing out* existing stock, not waiting for anything new to be made. I was honestly starting to think I was getting scammed. But lo and behold, August 2021 and I finally received my rug. I'm happy with it. I just don't know that I'd ever order from here again to wait 6 months for a rug that isn't even one of a kind. So confusing. I don't know though... maybe other stuff ships faster and I just picked the ONE clearance rug that takes 6 months to ship.”
