“It wasn’t explained until after I orders that it would take months to get this rug. Then, to cancel the order, I would have to complete a cancellation form. If I had time for that I would shop in stores. No longer a customer of this company”

“While there was a wait on the rug, customer service was actively responsive to queries on delivery timing. Rug arrived. Expertly packed and beautiful. You need to use a pad with the rug I bought which is about 3x5. RugsDoneRight got back to me quickly with recommendations on stopping slippage. The carpet is perfect and so is our experience with the company.”

“Crooked Company. Lists Rugs as "clearance" yet when you check out, it then tells you that your "pre-order" has been made, and it will begin to ship within 1 to 3 weeks. Their prices are WAY more than on other sites for the exact same rugs. When bringing this up to customer service team, all's they want to do is argue and stand up for the company who writes their checks. Wont order through this company again.”

“The same exact rug was $20 cheaper at Lowe’s. They didn’t have it in stock, so I ordered it from Rugs Done Right. After I ordered it from rugs done right, Found out it was out of stock there too. It became available at the same time the one did at Lowe’s but too late to cancel My order, so I had to overpay by $20. ☹️ I haven’t recvd the rug yet so can’t give a review at this time.”

“It just took forever to get here if it came on time it would be very good service we still don’t even have it and I ordered it months ago when I did order it it told me it was in stock however it was not I ordered it as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and it’s still not here”

“I ordered my rug in November and kept getting the run around and 100 different excuses when I was checking on why it was taking nearly 8 months to get my delivery. When I finally called to complain, it magically shipped a couple of days later. Very disappointed with the service and lack of integrity but the rug is beautiful. Thanks”
