“Due to the global shipping slowdowns, our order was delayed. Rugs Done Right kept us posted throughout. Unfortunately, when our order did arrive, it wasn't to our liking. Rugs Done Right quickly processed an exchange for us with no questions asked. This was our second oversized rug purchase from them and their customer service has been exceptional both times. Shout out to Liz in customer service and Jen in returns. Thanks for everything!”

“I was very happy to get a rug in an odd size, but when it came, the color was way off. I know you suggest getting swatches first, but unfortunately, I did not. Returning the rug cost me a fortune. I have ordered rugs from other companies and if I had to send it back, it was to no cost to me. I will not order again, as I do not want to lose a good percentage of the price if for some reason, I had to ship it back.”

“Was looking for specific brand and comparable style to what I had seen in a specialty decorator store that had a 2 month ship date. I needed a rug within a month and found a similar style and color in stock, $400 less , and received within 7 days of order placement. I was a little concerned about color variance from web to what I received and it was just perfect. Amazing how good the photography is to actual product. Very pleased and highly recommend! Will definitely order again when ready to change out MBR.”

“The rug was shipped and delivered within 2 weeks. The process was seamless. I was worried after reading some of the reviews out here but personally I had a good experience. Rug is stunning and pretty affordable. Only thing that didn't match was the faded orange on both side of the rug where it's bright orange in the center. Not what was advertised for but surprisingly this toned down the rug and gave it a subtle charm. Love the new rug and the way it feels. It's very thin so make sure to check out the thickness.”

“Rug beautiful but terribly delayed by 3-4 months. I can imagine COVID is the cause. Staff is very professional. Wish they had told me a week before it was delivered. Came home and it was on doorstep after waiting for so long.”
