When I purchased my rug back in April, I was not told that it was on back order and that I was on a waiting list until over a month later when I emailed and inquired about my purchase, then a month later I emailed again and was told that it still was not made yet, so now 4 months later I get an alert from Fed Ex not from the seller that my rug would be delivered this Wednesday July 21st, then I get another update Tuesday morning that my rug may be delivered on Thursday, very poor customer service I feel on the part of Rugs Done Right because I feel I was Rug Done Wrong.

I placed my rug order on 7/3. The rug listed a delivery time of 2-5 days and this was a huge incentive for placing the order. I didn't receive tracking info for the order until 7/15. It stated delivery would be scheduled for 7/19. However, the fine print of the tracking info states that residential deliveries require appointments. Thus, on 7/19, I had a phone call from the shipping carrier to schedule the delivery date for either 7/21 or 7/22. Today is 7/20 and I still don't have my rug and I don't know how it will be delivered or the condition it will be in when it arrives. This is a terrible misrepresentation of a delivery process originally described as taking only 2-5 days and, so far from my perspective, this is RugsDoneWrong. You must either drastically improve your shipping process or more clearly state the delivery details for your customers. Now I can only hope my order arrives without any further problems or issues.

I had an issue with the color of the rug I ordered and reached out to RugsDoneRight to see if I could return it. They told me that I couldn't because it was on clearance, but the clearance prices was more expensive than the regular price at another retailer (Home Depot in this case) also, they don't do price match on rugs under $500. Useless! I will never buy a rug from RugsDoneRight again.

I bought 2 rugs from these people. Both smelled really strongly of mold. So strong I could smell it from the next room!! I called to complain and send back but the customer service person wouldn't allow a return and just said "those particular rugs from that company have a strong glue smell. Just put it aside for two weeks". I told her it didn't smell like glue, it smelled like mold and I had already left them in the garage for a week. But she assured me it was the glue that the company uses. So I put them in the garage for two additional weeks and guess what? They smelled just as bad. After three weeks in the garage, I sprayed vinegar on them hoping to get rid of the stink, but it only helped a bit. I ended up having to buy those same exact rugs from the same exact maker from a different rug company. I opened them immediately when they arrived and NO smell whatsoever! No glue, no mold, nothing. So I'm out 300.00 because of this company. What a rip off from Rugsdonewrong.

The rug was delivered quickly in perfect condition. Rugs Done Right did a price match for me, easy and efficient. Not my first purchase and not my last.

There was zero communication around delays in my shipment—I had to check in each time in order to get any sort of update. The response time to my requests was decent, but overall I'd expect a company who deals in ecommerce to be much more proactive around customer communications. Additionally, a bug on the mobile site caused the information about my order's ship time not to be displayed before or during checkout, so I purchased a rug that was backordered by two months, with no indication to me of that fact. All in all, I waited three months for my rug to arrive (which would have been fine if I had been told ahead of time).

My rug was significantly delayed with production issues. RugsDoneRight was in touch with me throughout the entire process providing updates and communication directly from Loloi.

I still have not received my rug. The inventory was incorrectly displayed at the time of purchase, so I received $50 off when I contacted customer service. I am still waiting for shipment details after they confirmed it was at the distribution center two weeks ago. Crossing my fingers it will be here soon but disappointed in delivery time.

Beware. No photos of different sizes, so you do not receive the rug as displayed. Complex returns that you pay for...unless you purchase another rug.

Customer service was very quick to respond to emails about my purchase. The rug I purchased was very expensive and was to be shipped while I was on vacation. I contacted them to hold the shipment and it was fine successfully, without a problem. That is the kind of service I have not experienced with on line ordering. I also saved over 2,000 on the rug compared to other sellers. Thank you!

I ordered my rug on 5/15/21. My rug arrived yesterday, 7/9/21. It was worth the wait. The rug is beautiful. Good customer service. I would order from RugsDoneRight again.
