“This is my first purchase from RugsDoneRight. I initially had a few questions before I purchased the rug and every time I called in, every single live person I spoke with was wonderful. There was a slight issue (on the manufacturer's side) regarding availability/ ship time and when I called in to inquire the Customer Service team was great! They actually cared about my issue and went above and beyond to assist with the situation. We just received our rug last night (relatively quick shipping) and we will definitely be ordering from RDR again.”

“Web site easy to you and provides good descriptions snd reviews. Still waiting for my rug. Tracking system wants me to download an app which I won’t do so it is useless to me”

“I called ahead of purchasing in order to be fully informed about what ALL of the costs would be to return the rug in case the colors online were not accurate or didn’t go with my room afterall. I was willing to pay the $44 I was quoted however it turns out it is going to be $94 (shipping via UPS) plus approximately $53 for RugsDoneRight fees. So, now I’m stuck with this $211 rug that was way too blue-green. By the way, Amazon doesn’t charge a restocking or shipping fee.”

“Customer Service is very responsive and kind however when shipping is very delayed it would be extremely helpful to know without having to constantly ask for updates or to be offered faster shipping if something is very delayed, and or be offered a sample if its available for that rug. If it's for myself its not a huge deal but when its for a customer it matters.”

“I ordered a rug on Memorial Day that was on sale and available. I verified this with an online chat. Was told in stock and shipping from GA. Few weeks later was told that when they went to fulfill my order, the rug was gone. I spoke with customer service Liz, who was so nice and helpful. She found a similar rug that was in stock and was larger like I originally wanted but wasn’t available. I paid for the larger size, and they honored the original amount off and 1st time customer discount. This is customer service at its finest. Hard to find service like this anymore. Big thank you to Liz who is wonderful!!!”

“We found a very unique rug that we could not find anywhere else. So, initially, shipping would've been about 6 weeks, we received within 2 weeks. We're very pleased with the rug and the service.”
