“Placed an order for a rug and have had no communication since. No indication as to the status of my order. I then ordered a pad, and that came within a couple of days. Did not receive any prior communication that it had been shipped.”

“Haven’t received the rug yet, but so far everything has gone beautifully. They’re in good communication, and the rug did not take too long to be delivered. Which it will be a week and a half so I ordered it. Very happy.”

“I love the rug, but after ordering I was told the item was backordered which should have been disclosed before i placed my order. Also, my card was charged immediately, several weeks before I received my rug. Payment method should not be charged until the item ships.”
