“I found the rug I ordered for hundreds fir several hundred dollars less on another site. I believe your prices are overinflated and I will not recommend you to any of my friends who are looking to purchase rugs.”

“poor so far. The wrong rug was delivered and the wrong phone number (not even close) was on the form for the delivery people. This is a 12 by 15 foot rug and is highly inconveninent to have to wait for 5 hours for delivery and have the wrong rug. Now, the "right" rug is at the warehouse and they want to deliver it but we have not been sent the paperwork for the return of wrong rug. Assuming it will all get corrected but a lot of extra time and trouble on our end (every one's end) for this order.”

“I placed an order around 6:00 pm on a Friday evening. Over the weekend I realized I had ordered the wrong rug and sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled. I also completed the cancellation form. This was over Memorial Day weekend and I was told that my order would most likely be cancelled by a representative that received my emails since it was a holiday. I frequently checked my status over the weekend and did not see any action. To my surprise I was notified Tuesday that my order has been shipped. I just don’t understand why a business would not make every effort to stop or return shipment before it was on its way. I am so disappointed that I have to pay for shipping the order back.”

“I ordered my rug August 2020 and I have been very patient waiting for it because I know Covid messed with a lot of overseas shipments...but what I’m not happy about is this, I paid almost 2200.00 for a rug 10 months ago, after I got the shipping confirmation 2 days ago I also on the same day received an email about the same rug that is now selling for around 1800.00 !! I’ve waited this long and now it’s 400 dollars cheaper!!! Please help a customer out.. this just isn’t right.”

“Terrible experience. Ordered the fig we wanted and was never told that it was back ordered for up to 10 weeks. I had to call to initiate communications. I was told they would update me with status reports, this never happened. I just got email 12 weeks later saying the rug would be delivered soon.”

“I had purchased a larger rug (8x11) for our living room at a local store. I was looking for the same rug, much smaller, 4x4 round to place in the foyer near the larger rug when I came across RugsDoneRight on the Internet. This is one fabulous company. They had the exact rug I was looking for, the price was competitive and they offered free shipping and no sales tax. I received the rug in just a few days. I went back to check the price and noticed that it was on sale for Memorial Day. I inquired if they would refund me the difference as to what I paid, and they immediately gave me a refund for the difference. This is a great company to do business with and I can not say enough about their products or customer service. Do yourself a favor and deal with RugsDoneRight, you will not be disappointed!”
