Rugs Done Right had a rug that we couldn’t find at other retailers. Reviews were very positive, price was competitive, and packaging was good.

Liz was very helpful in customer service. I have not received them yet, so I do not know about the quality. They were promised the first of May, therefore for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Ali has been very responsive in handling the delay of our rug. Although I am disappointed in the long delay, she has been exceptional in following up and keep me apprised of developments. Hopefully our rug will arrive in the next few days after a long wait!

Although I haven't received my new rug yet, this was definitely my favorite purchase of the year thanks to the excellent customer service I received from Ali. She patiently answered all of my questions, submitted my order, and fast-tracked the rug's shipment. She is by far the best service representative I have ever worked with! Thank you, Ali!!!

I appreciated the very quick response I got when one of my rugs out of a multi-rug order did not come in when I expected. Customer service got back to me the next day and gave me an approximate date of when it would arrive, which was accurate.

This is the second carpet I've purchased from RugsDoneRight. Both were top quality and exactly as shown in their photos. I love my rugs.

I ordered on April 14 this is May 20 and I have not received the rug. I did not receive any communication about it being late. I have not received any communication since purchase.

If I was only rating customer service, I would give this company a 6 out of 5. I worked with this incredible Customer Service Specialist named Ali. I have never in my 65 years had customer service as efficient, professional, and compassionate as provided by Ali. I ordered a Loloi rug on 29 Oct, my card was charged the very next day, but I didn't receive the merchandise until 19 May (7 months later). Everything that could go wrong went wrong: inordinate delays in shipment, the wrong color rug ordered, my rug was misdelivered to Pennsylvania, then Virginia (I live in NC), and finally the rug delivered was damaged (cut). Ali called the Loloi company on numerous occasions to check the status, she hounded FedEx and discovered the rug was in PA, then VA, and she convinced them to overnight the rug to NC. When I discovered the rug was damaged, she immediately locked in the last one in inventory and had it sent to me. All the while Ali kept me informed via emails and even phone calls, this young lady is simply amazing. If Rugs Done Right were smart, they would immediately promote her. I finally have my new rug and love it, it looks gorgeous. Every time I look at it, I will be reminded of the outstanding customer service Ali rendered.

I ordered my rug back in January. It is mid May and I have not yet received it. I have contacted them no less than 5 times since ordering to get an order update. Not once have they initiated an update themselves. I understand that the pandemic has interfered with shipping and inventory. I'm very empathetic to that. But communicating that with customers is the very minimum we should expect from a retailer. At the time of ordering, I should have been told that my order would be delayed. Not a single update was sent to me. So very disappointing. I'll be curious to see if this review makes it onto their website, which will be another good indicator as to how they value customer service.

Tremendous customer service - quick responses, helpful, and very courteous. Sets the standard. Impressive rug selection with very competitive prices. Only suggestion for improvement relates to the shipping service used for large rugs. It’s not fast and tracking is not very good. You don’t know when the rug will arrive.

I am disgusted with your company. The rug looked absolutely nothing like the picture. The colors were horrible and it looked like a computer printout. I called your company and you said I could return but I HAD TO PAY TO SHIP BACK AND THE SHIPPING WOULD COST MORE THAN THE RUG PURCHASE. I explained I was going to order another rug. You wanted me to email, take pictures of the rug, send them to you etc etc. I explained I had been diagnosed with cancer, was undergoing surgeries and was very sick. You refused all requests. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY, I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AND REMMEBER, SOCIAL MEDIA IS A POWERFUL THING.

The color of this rug is spot on! It's exactly the color I wanted. I also love how thick the rug is. Although, there is an excessive amount of fluff coming out of the rug when I vacuum it. A couple of yarn loops will have to be trimmed up as well. Hopefully it lasts.

Instead of running your business on the backs of your customers money you should use your own capital. Bill for your products upon shipment not 2 months in advance. It’s frustrating to pay for something you don’t receive and then wait for information that never seems to come. You have a very elite view of commerce.
