“Terrific website & fantastic service by phone, email & in person. Jessica was able to pull out various samples of different colors, weaves & manufacturers so I could make an informed decision about the specific rug I wanted to buy. It’s difficult to find beautiful contemporary wool rugs, that have a cushy feel while being “safe” from cat & dog nails for affordable prices, but RugsDoneRight had a bounty to choose from. We are over the moon happy with our purchase, it transforms the room….we’ve received some oooh’s & aaaah’s. Just put in an order for another rug, w/ help from Kelly on this one. Highly recommend both products & company.”

“I'm just disappointed. Partially you guys, partially the decorator who had me order this rug that I hate with all of my heart and soul. I hate what a hassle it is to return it and I won't be ordering any rugs online anymore. Too risky.”

“I was having trouble finding a particular rug - all other sources were out-of-stock. RugsDoneRight had 1 left and upon inquiry said it was mine. I both used the chat function - which worked very well and spoke to a rep by phone - all employees were extremely helpful.”

“So disappointing that after ordering two runners I receive an offer for a substantial discount days later. I think it would make sense to any company that if you offer a discount at the front end you have a customer that will continue to come back. Offering a discount after the fact doesn't help the customer. It just creates frustration and no good will between a company and new customer that will likely not order again.”

“Like many items at this time, my rugs were on back order for awhile. Both times I reached out for an update, the customer service team replied immediately and with actual, genuine information/update status. “Cannot write a review until I receive the product. The 2 star is because of the lack of information on tracking even though I have a DHL tracking number. This review doesn't allow me to not select a rating thus the 2 Star. I can resubmit once I receive the item.”
