“The price was amazing, and it was worth the wait. We ordered our rug months ago, and it just arrived about a week ago (due to COVID 19). Although it took a long time due to the National Pandemic, the company stayed in touch with us through email and even called to give us timely updates on the status of the order. Had they not done that, I'm not sure that we would have stuck it out. Thank you for your excellent customer service and wonderful product. We are highly satisfied with the end result!”

“I needed a few of the same small rug to hold in reserve, in case the one we currently use as a doormat needs replacing. (We had our entry door painted to coordinate with one of the colors, and if we had to change rugs, we might have had to have the door repainted!). This rug is pretty much discontinued except for two sizes, and RugsDoneRight had them, when no other rug website seemed to. I was thrilled to be able to find them before they were totally gone!”

“Even though I had to wait a few weeks for the 2nd part of my order, I am totally satisfied, not only with the rug, but customer service. They were very prompt at answering all my questions that concerned the delay. I was reassured every step of the way as to the progress of the order.
