“Amazing customer service! I purchased the wrong size accidentally and RDR quickly refunded my card and adjusted the order. Stark rug was ordered, updated and then shipped within 5 days! Unbelievable!”

“I thought I was scammed at first but, RugsDoneRight responded right away to my concerns. Got in contact with the manufacturer, RDR discovered that my hand-made rug was next in line for production. My international shipment was fast and RugsDoneRight has earned a repeat buyer! Looking forward to my next purchase!”

“We were worried the rug would be too large & would clash with a cowhide rug I have in the entryway. We hesitated to open it for about 2 days & just couldn't stand to send it back without looking at it. We absolutely LOVE it. Beautiful, soft, perfect size, brings a little more color to the room, & does not clash with the cowhide rug. So soft. I would definitely recommend you consider this rug if your looking for one. There was only one problem. A string was pulled/snagged from the rug in one spot. We took pictures of it, but had to trim it off because we were afraid it would unravel. It seems ok for now. Hope it stays.”
