“I have ordered from Rugs Done Right a couple of times. My first order was rapidly delivered, well packaged, with the colors exactly as pictured on the website. Although my second purchase is back-ordered because of its popularity, this company keeps me well informed on its estimated delivery date. “Best of the best == best prices even before frequent discount incentives, and the most amazing customer service imaginable. I feel as if I became friends with a couple of support people that were beyond helpful, fantastic about both keeping tabs on the rug manuafacturer re inventory and shipping, and keeping me posted every inch of the way.
