“While I was very disappointed to learn a rug that I ordered was no longer available from the manufacturer, Liz took great care of me sending me a few other options. After I sent her my second choice, she corrected the order for me!”

“I had a few questions. I called Rugs Done Right. I live on the West Coast and their offices, which I believe are on the East Coast, we’re closed. I left my name and number and the very next morning I got a phone call from one of their representatives, who answered all of my questions and was very informative. I really appreciate your customer service.”
