“Very slow delivery,4-5 weeks. No Communication re delay ( found that item was out of stock) They did respond when I asked several weeks after I placed the order though Best price I could find also”

“I like the way my rugs look but when shipped they were folded rather than rolled and so have some serious creases that are very difficult to flatten out. Also, one rug that I ordered is now back ordered five weeks which was NOT made apparent at the time I placed the order. If the rugs were properly rolled and shipped in a timely manner this rating would have been Very Good.”

“I placed my order on a Saturday, it was shipped on Monday, and I received it on Wednesday. The price was great and Lisa's customer service was outstanding. I had four Visa gift cards. Lisa took all four gift cards and a another card to take care of the balance. She was able to answer my questions and helped me decide on a pad. She was great to work with. Thank you Lisa.”

“Recognizing you are competing against Amazon and most other free and fast shipping retailers that communicate every detail of what to expect I would have given you a much lower rating. However. Even though I had to do the work to find a way to communicate your customer service responded when I reached out regarding shipping expectations. It took 4 emails to get clear info and she was very nice but she didn’t have clear info either re shipping. I’m very pleased with the product. It arrived Friday.”
