“Although my rug was not available when I purchased it, they did keep the order and now it is on it's way. I think the company should've been more proactive in keeping me informed of the status instead of me following up.”

“While I am very happy with my purchase, I have several reservations about the process. The agent I dealt with initially was extremely helpful and attentive. However, she assured me I would received my rug within 10 days which did not happen. The rug was ‘dropped off’ a month later — the delivery company literally left my rug lying on the driveway in winter on a rainy day! They did not ring the doorbell or alert me to this. My house painters found the rug lying in a puddle when they left for the day at 4:30 pm.”

“While I prefer to support brick-n-mortar businesses, RDR met and beat the local price by 10%, had the exact size carpet I was looking for, and shipped it for free. The communication was excellent and delivery was right on time. Big thumbs up.”

“Quality wool rug. In good light, it has a beautiful coppery color, enhanced by the textured pattern. Note that this texture (raised pattern) means you'll need a good vacuum to clean it effectively. Like any good wool rug, it sheds for about a month under foot traffic and you'll just have to vacuum it weekly during this period.”

“I am thrilled with this Surya Aura Silk Rug. The colors are well represented on the site and customer service and delivery were great. I probably looked at hundreds of rugs before selecting this one. It has some traditional features and looks more expensive than it is. The dramatic colors make people smile.”

“Found the rug that I eventually purchased when it showed up as an alternative color in the MYROOM photo opportunity. Could not purchase it there nor through the search engine, eventually the Live Chat person was able to find it so it could be added to the cart, but she even had difficulty locating it. The See It In Your Room feature was fabulous and sealed the deal on the purchase. Thank you.”

“First I was told my rug was in stock. When I asked for shipping details, was told yes, in stock, but will take 72 hours for that information. Now I’m told there was one in stock but damaged and I’ll have to wait 8 or so weeks. Not happy at all. I’m considering cancelling and giving my business to another company.”
