“Having ordered half a dozen rugs, I compliment the web site, and shipping.\n\nHaving last ordered a rug described as all wool, I was disappointed to receive the rug and finding out a major part was not wool, but viscose, - a cheaper less durable alternative. \n\nI will probably not order again, because it feels like a bait and switch: sell the customer wool, then deliver a rug that is 50% viscose.”

“Your return policy is very vague. The heading on your website says free shipping and returns but I was told I didn't meet a minimum purchase. I wouldn't have bought it from you all if I didn't think the return shipping was covered. Your customer service representatives were also very sketchy about the details and rude. I left negative feedback on Google reviews. I'd still like to return it but I'm stuck with the rug.”

“Ordered two Momeni rugs; learned about a month later, only when I inquired, that rugs were backordered and would take 8-10 weeks. Ugh! Not acceptable. Should know when ordering if available. Good about issuing credit right away when I canceled order but still very disappointing.”

“I ordered three new rag rugs for my kitchen. They sent two from stock but didn't inform me that color was apparently no longer available in the other size I needed. So I had two rigs in one color and the third in a different color for many months, waiting for input fro the company, until I decided to replace them all.”
