“I have purchased two rugs. The first rug I received was fine, but looked quite different from the photo online. As advised, I did check more than one computer monitor to see if there was something wrong with the monitor from which I submitted my order. But all the monitors showed the same colors - not the same colors as the rug I received. Regarding the second rug purchased, I was expecting a Karastan. But the rug I received is NOT labeled “Karastan” and may well be a cheap knock-off. Because I do not want to spend my time and energy returning rugs by mail, I will probably not order from this business again.”

Hi Lila, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Karastan rug. RugStudio is a preferred Karastan dealer and does not sell seconds, irregulars or knock-offs of any kind. While these two rugs are both genuine Karastan rugs, they have different qualities and subtle characteristics. I see you are outside our normal return period, but I would encourage you to return the one you are unhappy with for a full refund. We are happy to make that accommodation for you. Hi George, I am sorry to hear you had trouble getting your rug to lay flat. I notice that you did not request a return authorization from us nor did you return it to the local store so we are assuming that over some time, it relaxed. In the future, please let us know right away if you need some tips on hastening the breaking-in process. Thank you!
