“Delivery was delayed and I called to cancel the order. The representative asked me to let her reorder and promised speedy delivery. The second order came promptly and the rugs are lovely and just what I hoped for— lovely design and good quality.”

I called to report it and spoke with someone in customer service. She said she had to check on it and that it might take a while. I reminded her I was charged weeks ago and would like the rug. It showed up a few days later. Well packed. Nice rug. I'll purchase again!”
