“Rug studio customer Service was wonderful, Delivered one day before as statement their located at east cost I am in wast cost, price compare to another rug seller is almost half the price, between $475.00 - $ 399.00 I purchase for $273.60 + free pad & shipping I give them 5 star A+ for customer service, price and delivery. The rug for the price I paid is good, very flat no wrinkle without pad no running in hard wood, it is soft and cushiony, the picture on the website are make-up by some photo software to be more attractive and catch the eyes but rug still close to photos and is pretty, for $273.60 it is worth, No shading at all”
