i would give 0 stars but that’s not an option, i got sent the wrong size shirt and they expect me to pay to return the item to rectify there mistake and have tried to contact them three times and no response

Ordered item for delivery at home address. Was told that it could be picked up somewhere obscure. So unfortunately I did not get what I paid for. Have filled in the other points, but several of them I unfortunately can not answer correctly as I have never seen the item.

Lovely shirt, great colour, beautifully cut and fits perfectly (8). Excellent value for the price. Would certainly recommend and buy again in a different colour.

Have not received the item, you don't pick up the phone, you don't reply to my emails, terrible. I can't post a photo with this review because I have not received the item. Very poorly customer service.

Although I loved the colour and style of the jacket I could not wear it due to the finish around the neck. The ribbon around the neck has sharp edging which rubs and makes wearing it very uncomfortable. This seemed to be made worse by the stitching which feels quite rough. Unfortunately I am returning the jacket as it was too uncomfortable to wear. A have very similar jacket Rydale jacket which I love and it has been hard wearing and comfortable but it does not have this ribbon design which is a real flaw. I had hoped to just replace my old jacket with a new one. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered shirt 10/4, still waiting for it 24/4, tried phoning, just got message saying not taking calls at present. Have sent numerous emails, none responded too. Has this company gone bust?

Right shoe was covered in blue marks, looked like it had been worn. Sent back, awaiting refund.

I don’t like to leave bad feedback generally, however... 1. No order confirmation. 2. No dispatch email. 3. Child’s sizes all disproportionate age 7-8 shirt far too small age 7-8 jodhpurs far too big. 4. Emailed customer service - No reply!! 5. Have to pay for a return label and print it off yourself!! I’m really disappointed from order to return I’m afraid.

My order arrived but it was faulty. I've contacted customer services twice to ask for a replacement and I've heard nothing :-( It's my first time ordering with them and I like their merchandise but I'll think twice about ordering in the future - it's been too much of a faff!

Ordered a pair of size 4 shoes what arrived was a mismatched pair, one being a 3 and the other a 4. I emailed messaged on Instagram (more than once) and Tweeted Rydale asking if they would refund me the return charge as it was an error at there end that I was returning them and also the delivery charge so I could order them again and to date have still had no reply from them. I have had to pay to return them and will not be ordering another pair of shoes or anything else from them again and would advise others not to order from them as well. They have got some serious customer service issues!

These shoes arrived with yellow stains in 2 separate parts of the shoe. I emailed instantly with photos asking to be refunded and heard nothing from Rydale. These are not wearable in this condition.

Due to the fact i had place my order on the 31st of March I am yet to still receive my boots. I had also paid for 2 to 4 delivery. Then a week after I placed my order you sent an email stating delays. I'm fine with that no problem. I have a tracking number sent which has had nothing updated on it at all. I work on a farm and needed these boots to enable my to work. However I have had to continue using my old ones full of holes. I am not impressed with this service at all and i shall not be using rydale again.

Am still waiting to receive my boots order on the 31/3/20 I take on board the circumstances with corona virus but I’ve tried to track my order with Royal Mail which have never received my order. I’ve email your company with out any response. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this company in the future 😕
