“I still haven’t received my order and it’s been over 2 weeks”

“The service was fine in terms of time. The delivery was prompt and it was packaged well. Unfortunately it arrived and was sent back within half an hour. The garment was totally ridiculously sized. I ordered and XL which it was in the body but more like what you would expect on xxl. The sleeves where extremely short where they ride up near my elbows when I stretched. I was really disappointed in the jacket I realise it's not a custom fit but the sizing is very poor. I wasnt particularly happy that all this has cost me nearly £10 for the delivery and the return cost. Very poor and very disappointing. Not sure I would risk it again which is a shame as i loke the look of some other products.”

“when ordering everything nice and easy smooth running.when you want to return something your system is rubbish trying to return a item 3 phone calls later and still no further yours frustrated”

“I would never order again from Rydale because of the returns policy. I had to pay £2.99 to return an item that didn't fit. Another inconvenience was that I had to print off my own returns label (I didn't have a printer) then take it to a post office. By comparison Next (for instance) allows you to book a return on their website then a courier collects it the next day. Equally easy with other retailers.”

“The quality of the Men's Pyjamas I ordered is fantastic,they're lovely. However the sizing is so off. I ordered a medium. The trousers were more like a Large and the top like a Small! So disappointed as they're lovely”

“If you could give 0 stars then I would! I ordered two items of clothing for Father’s Day on the 12th of June, on the 16th of June I had an email to say my items were delayed and would be with me for the 18th and then on the 18th I had an email to say that they had not even been shipped. But my money had still come out of my account! Complete waste of time and I had to go and buy something else for Father’s Day.”

“Recieved a jacket for my other half for her birthday and it was dirty contacted them and got one sent out next day which still hasnt arrived 2 week later even after multiple phone calls to them really not impressed i will not be ordering again and would recomend people to go else were”

“Apart from the pair of boots being odd boots, they were very dusty, no lid on box box was badly damaged and old. Until I spoke with Melissa I was extremely dissapointed as have spent a lot of money in the past at your stand when at country shows -shocking really as they were for a gift for my niece. Pictures were sent in waiting for refund you will have the boots back with Hermes now. Wendy Borrowdale”

“Absolutely terrible customer service Had to make a complaint which was answered by he same person I’m customer service I was sent a size 4 instead of a 6 Ryder refused to pay postage for their mistake . Atrocious!! Could not obtain a postage label advised by customer service either it will be interesting to see if the site uploads the above mentioned !”

“My order and delivery were quick. The jumper I ordered wasn't folded properly, it was just stuffed in an open plastic bag, and the product was filthy. Not very pleasant. I rang Ryedale, the lady was very helpful and offered to refund the money straight away.”

“Package arrived okay however there was a few issues. Button came off of the pocket the first time I opened it. One if the main poppers was the wrong type so the button wont close and the loop for hanging was only stitched on one side. Very poor quality but I've kept as it was only for dog walking.”

“Bought 3 items, got refunded for 1 as out of stock but took my money anyway.. 2 T-shirt’s exactly the same size ordered but were not the same at all, about an inch difference. Complained and the customer service I have received has been shocking!!”

“I got 3 paire & all was wrong size so I had to send them bk 3 seprute orders as well so I didn't end up with apaire never again as you dint Even offer me anything to apologiz which wud of made it better”
