Shoddy quality, stitching coming undone, nowhere near the quality shown in the image, am returning, really disappointed as they looked good in the photo

I ordered a jacket on the 9th February, I returned the jacket as not suitable on the 12th of February. The item was returned back to me on the 29th of February. I paid £2.99 for the return and as of yet no money has been paid back to me. I have tried several times to contact Rydale by phone and email but I have not yet been successful in contacting them.

would not recommend... Extreme ly disappointed...bought a pair of boots last month, to which the zip tassel on one broke. Rydal were contacted and without any response from them received a new tassel through the post, which was broken. Decided to leave it at that. The following week the rubber heel started to come away from the leather, again contacted Rydal with no response what so ever... this was sent on the 7/2/20 For the prices Rydal charge I at least expected at decent customer service!

Hermes never delivered my parcel, claimed they had. Contacted rydale and they Said they would investigate. 2 weeks on and still no contact. Service is appalling and i’m Out of pocket

Don’t reply to emails, clothes doesn’t fit as it’s meant to, do example: if it’s a size 12 it’s more like a size 10!! They don’t do refunds neither!

The package got lost during the shipping, refund was immediately charged but the service is super bad. The customer care doesn't answer on time, you have to stalk them between the call center and the email and plus, before telling me the truth about the package, I had to wait over a month. I'm sorry, I usually do not write negative feedback and I've always bought things online without problems, but in this case I strongly recommend you to look for other serious websites.

Item missing from delivery. No refund. No forms in packaging to do return. Delivery took ages and was expensive. 2nd item damaged. No answer from customer care. Will never use them again.

I ordered a christmas present on 6.12.19 which showed a transaction through my bank account. By 17.12 this had still not arrived, although I had an email from Hermes saying"Whoops there's been an error with your delivery". I rang Rydale and they couldn't have been more helpful, apologising and I have now recived another item via DHL. Hermes are incredibly unprofessional with their communication and I question where the first order went to?? I would give 5 stars to Rydale and none to Hermes! I would suggest you use DHL for your deliveries in future before this causes you to lose custom. The hoody is lovely!

The delivery method of "Hermes" is utterly atrocious! I have the driver on cctv just walking up to the door not knocking just posting the note through the letter box, not once, not twice but three times(wasn't even a lady) ;), with zero information written on just that it was the 1st,2nd or 3rd attempt. Being a business owner myself I highly advise against any further affiliation with Hermes as their business practices are simply untrustworthy (cheaper is clearly not always better) I was told via email by Rydale that it was too bad and that I must just purchase again at the full price not the sale price it was originally purchased under...as you can imagine I did not take kindly to such a lack of customer service, this morning though I called Rydale and was connected to an agent (Mellissa) and must say she more than made up for the utter lack of professionalism via your other agents and resolved the matter in less than 5 minutes. As a whole I believe the fault to be solely with the Delivery means ie Hermes but as a business the responsibility lays with you Rydale to ensure you use trustworthy and reliable delivery methods...try DPD or ups etc

Poor customer service. Took 4 attempts to get through, over an hour call time. Parcel lost in post, still not resolved. Customer service very rude. Got told management have more important things to do than look for my parcel!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, I ordered a fleece gellitt size XL and received an XS I called and they told me they would send another one straight away and to give the XS to a charity, so a couple of days later the other one arrived and that was another XS so i called again and was told the same and I still have not received it so I called again and got the most ignorant female I have ever spoken to, she talked over me and would not listen to me and told me, "is going in the warehouse to see if they had my size was not there top priority at the moment" and we will be in touch as soon as we can. I first placed my order on the 12th November and still have not got what I ordered it's an absolute disgrace and the female needs sacking.

ordered tweed shooting jacket,had to amend order due to web page not allowing,took three attempts kept getting cut off after 8 mins.waited three days after email said order being prepped,phoned three more timesjust to be told despatch had cancelled order,size no longer available,no email no call,will not be using these people again,total shambles.why tell people items available when clearly they arent.so much for sales.

Had tulymore boots 18 days inside fallen apart ,offered 50% and cost of repairs for me to arrange .This is what customer services offered.refused

Ordered two pairs of men’s Wellington boots. Never seen such a strange shape boot! The calves are massive so much so they were very hard to walk in. Customer service advised to return the boots for refund but did not advise me that they would not refund the £13 postage. The picture does not show how massively big the calves are!!! There are lots of footwear companies that don’t charge for returns best to shop with them.

What an atrocious way to treat a customer. • Allerton boots arrived late September. I was thrilled. This had taken 1 month. Saw Rydale at the Dunster Show, chose the boots (they didn’t have my size), Howarths were not going to be in stock, so chose ALLERTON. • Wore them once: 2 teeth fell out of the zip • Sent pics of damage to Melissa as requested 30.09.19 • 02.10.19 Melissa said she would send a return slip. • She arranged Friday, Oct. 4 – then cancel – failed to book the courier • She asked me for another day. I said Monday, Oct. 7th • She failed again and asked for another day. She said she had too many emails to read (!!??). Isn’t this her job? – to take orders etc. • I said Friday, Oct. 11th. • Finally, on Octo. 8th she sent the return slip • We were all here all day waiting on Octo. 11th. They never came (I called her at the end of the day, she said they would come up to 8pm at night.). They never came. • Sat. Oct. 12th, they never came. • Mon. Oct. 14th, finally came, claiming they had come before. • Anna/ Melissa had promised me that there was a pr of size 8 slim fit for me and that they would send them the minute the faulty ones were collected (NOT RECEIVED). They said, they were notified immediately upon collection and the next pr would eb sent out. • Anna now claims none of this was true, they were never notified and that there was not a pr for me • I called Anna yesterday to be told there are no more size 8s and none until the New Year. • Asked to speak to her supervisor – she is her supervisor. Oh dear. Asked to talk to you. No call yet received • Went on your website today and saw I could order a pr of size 8 slim fir Allerton. Called first. • Spoke to Lauren. She said the system was showing 1pr, she would go and look and call me back in 20mins. • 30mins later, no call. No call all day • Am email arrived later today, 221019. No boots etc. “You call us to get your money back” (no offer of calling me), a misspelled homophone (manner/manor) and unsigned. Can’t get much worse. Interesting way to nurture valuable clients and run a company.
