“Also vom Grundsatz her bin ich sehr zufrieden. Der Versand ging wirklich rasend schnell. Perfekt. Bei der Entscheidung hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass ich im Vorfeld gewusst hätte, dass man im Nachhinein einen Spa Gutschein bekommt, weil die Tasche doch einige Gebrauchsspuren hatte, die man auf den Fotos nicht erkennen konnte und auch nicht zu dem Grad passte. Das hätte mir meine Entscheidung die zu behalten einfacher gemacht. Nachdem ich mich entschieden habe sie zu behalten, habe ich sie aber eh mit Pflege bearbeitet. Dabei gingen einige Dreckrückstände schon ab. Ich habe jetzt auch gehört, dass einige bei einem Verkauf einen 200 € Gutschein bekommen. Ich weiß gar nicht ob ich den vor zwei Jahren oder wann ich etwas verkauft habe bekommen habe. Aber ist jetzt ja auch egal. Die Abwicklung war auf jeden Fall Ruckzuck. Ich bin mit der Tasche zufrieden, weil sie sehr besonders und einfach wunderschön ist. Da kann ich über die Abnutzungen hinwegsehen.”

“In meinem Verständnis hat bei der Angabe des 1-Zustandes (neuwertig) auch die Kartonbox neu auszusehen, in unserem Fall war sie zerrissen und mit dem Klebefilm zugeklebt. Das macht das Schenken mindestens halb so attraktiv. Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir die Tasche bestimmt nich bei Ihnen bestellt, zumal uns das akternative Angebot vorlag. Auch der Kommentar, dass sich die Box beim Transport beschädigt wurde, war aus meiner Sicht arrogant und lächerlich: hat etwa der Kurier selber versucht, die Box mit dem Klebeband zu reparieren, ohne den Trasportkarton zu öffnen? Diese Antwort empfinde ich als höhnisch und finde sie schlimmer, als die Tatsache, dass die Box beschädigt war.”

“Very unhappy with the leather care kit I purchased. I used a minimal amount and buffed any extra off with a white cotton cloth as instructed. Not only did it settle in the seams of my chanel classic flap which low look white and I am unable to remove it, but it also left a white cast on the black leather making my bag look grey. This is really unacceptable! Nowhere in the instructions did it say that this cannot be used with dark colored bags or that it may cause color change. I shouldn't have to take my bag for repair for using a product that was specifically advertised for it!”

Hi Christina, Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry you’re not satisfied with our Preserving Leather Balm. For quilted Chanel bags, you can try rubbing the seams with a soft microfibre or cotton cloth — the friction should soften and remove the wax. It should not leave any persisting traces on your bag. “Hi. From ordering to deliver of the items it was perfect. I tried to use both of the products to my lady dior bag and chanel classic flap. But unfortunately after using the balm conditioner it leaves white streaks on the leather of my chanel classic flap in caviar leather.”

Hi Prescida, Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry you're not happy with our Protecting Leather Balm. Due to its wax-like texture, product residue can settle and appear white when it dries. To remove it, we recommend using a soft microfibre or cotton cloth and rubbing the spots on the leather. By doing so, the left-over balm softens and should be removable. If you continue to have issues or cannot remove the product residue please reach out to our team via saclab.com/contact/.
