“We have found Saga very good to deal with little waiting time on the phone, we have a number of policies with them and have always found them to be competitive. Based upon our experience we would definitely recommend them for motor and health insurance.”

“Saga quote just under 800 pounds, for my mother's 3 bed semi. Similar cover from L.V= just under 300 pounds. Draw your own conclusion.”

“Although not the cheapest car insurance I at least know where I stand for the next two years. I also have my home insurance with SAGA and the annual price increase is manageable and not excessive.”

“As I’m swapping cars with my daughter for a holiday, I contacted Saga to put her on my insurance temporarily. After failing three times online, I finally chatted online and gave all the details. Although my daughter is in her early fifties, with a clean licence and no convictions or insurance claims, they refused on the basis that the underwriter wouldn’t accept her. They would, however accept her for twelve months with an additional fee of £100. Needless to say I refused, cancelled my policy and have found another company to cover us all for £120 less than Saga’s quote. No one has apologised, or tried to sort it out, even though I’ve been with you for a few years. Shame on you”
