“Insurance website was disappointing, price was not as competitive by the time you actually buy and changing options seems to increase the cost even if you go back to a previous option.”

“October 2021 ---I recently applied to ren-ew my insurance policy through Saga Spoke to a very friendly, polite helpful agent ( David from the Hastings area ) Nothing too much trouble to answer---very clearly explained and easy to understand . So nice to speak to someone who offers reassurance and support --without it seeming too much trouble . We have been with Saga 4 years --for two cars and Home Insurance , and we will be staying with them for the future . Keep up the standards Saga”

“We have found Saga very good to deal with little waiting time on the phone, we have a number of policies with them and have always found them to be competitive. Based upon our experience we would definitely recommend them for motor and health insurance.”
