“My car insurance was up for renewal and saga renewed the policy and took a payment out of my account..I am having great difficulty getting that money back so I will now also be cancelling my saga home insurance so this cannot happen again”

“Shocking. Bombarded every month with letters quoting £194 premium then when I called they asked for over £400! Renewed with Tesco for £198. Seem to prey on older trusting demographic in the hope that they use price comparison sites.”
