“Pleased with the cost of this insurance and although we hope to have no use of this product it is a comfort to know that it is there and trust should we need it it will provide us with all that it said it would.”

“I changed my car midway through the policy for a similar one and was shocked at the increase in price difference even more so they quoted what the renewal premium would be which was worse. They also wanted to auto renew and I had to be quite firm to stop them doing that.”

“On receipt of my house insurance renewal I was extremely disappointed to see that the premium had risen by over 30% Discussion suggested the premium could be reduced by by omitting certain cover areas however, as no claim had been made over the last 12 months I decided to go to a cheaper provider”

“I took out buildings insurance I paid by direct debit each month never missed a payment , sold the house and rang saga girl was too busy trying to flog me car insurance which wasn’t even due questioning not relevant to call , conveniently forgot to tell me on the phone that I would incur a charge (sharp) a week later got a bill for £50 odd pound for cancelling , explained I didn’t own the property so no need for insurance ? Won’t be using saga again or recommending them either .Enjoy my £50 hope it’s worth it losing a customer 😡”
