“Try cancelling my old house insurance told will have to get a person to ring me back. Have a new insurance with other companie told the lady i do not need to renew my old one.would not accept my request as the new policy £94.00 cheaper and no administration fee £25.00 that their trying to charge me.still no one has rang me to explain the reason I cannot cancel my renewal policy.”

“I had been using the IAM recommended insurance provider, as a member, but I saved over £200 by using Saga, with equal or better provisions. And I chose them because they promised me the same rate for three years ! You don't get that with many insurance agents - they usually want to put it up every year.”
