“This is Saga car insurance services. Always amazing service. Now sadly not. Took several days of trying to get through n the phone and by chat! Got through by calling at 8.30 am prompt but still took nearly 10 mins to get answered. Something has gone very sadly wrong at this Saga service😔. As for how i communicated; well, as said it took several days.”

“Yesterday I received my policy renewal invitation. To say I was shocked to see that my premium had been raised from £374.93 to £828.07, over 120%. I have had two lengthy phone calls asking for a coherent explanation as to why. Yesterday, I was promised a call from a senior manager for today. Nothing happened. Today the call handler insisted that the time delay for a call was 72 hours, I told her this was not what I had been told yesterday. She then put me on hold again and a few minutes later just put the phone down, ending the call. I still want to know why you have seen fit to impose this sort of increase. Actually it's not an increase, it's an affront.”

“Wanted to give zero stars but wouldn't let me. For you own sanity do not go with Saga. Takes your money and even with a serious repair job like tiles missing from roof due to storm damage 21st Dec nothing been done.”

“"Won't renew car insuranc with saga. Premium almost doubled. Also got house insurance with them. Had leaking roof, water coming into bedroom. They refused to pay saying we had not had winds over 55 mph and not enough rain. I live in Wales and it had rained for 5 days and our roads and rivers were flooded. Needed an ark really. So much for helping elderly. Husband is 84 . No help from Saga. "”

“"Had an accident in York, they left me to stay with my car for four hours before it was recovered, then I had to make my own way home at a cost of \u00a395 by taxi. This was unacceptable. When they finally came to there decision they wrote my car off, saying it would cost \u00a35000 to fix, this is absolutely ridiculous this car will be road worthy for less than \u00a31000 however my car is now a CAT N "”
