“Just got renewal quote in been with saga 8yrs no claims ever made quote in 51% higher than last year total rip off needless to say won’t use then again”

“After being a customer for over 10 years had to do complete new quote as card had expired but instead of a phone call or a letter sent email which went in junk so then sent letter for policy cancelation for £34 so i phoned to sort this out then they wanted over double total rip off”

“"Took 5 days to actually speak to someone. On hold for over 1 h 39 mins then gave up each time.This was an admitted 3 party fault. The 3td party had their car repaired and returned before I had any acknowledgement from Saga.\r\n. Still no correspondence ref my access that should be paid thy 3rd party. No return of emails with7 outstanding. Great until you need them."”

“"Insurers sell promises and that's what policyholders, including me, are buying. \r\nIn the event of a claim, I would judge the insurer on how they deal with it and how their promises are kept.\r\nNot having made a claim, I don't know - although if I do, I'm keeping my fingers crossed all will be fine!"”
