“i would give saga no stars if i could,i had my catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle on 31st march and gave them details same day,they told me my car would be a total loss as it was an old car and i couldnt have a courtesy car as it is a theft,i have been phoning and emailing them to no avail eventualy engineer came out 28th april and looked at it and took pics and said it would be total loss,since then i have been calling aprox 40 times all i get is a message saying due to global events they cant answer the phone and email says they will get back to you but they never do,i'd like to know what global events are stopping them answering the phone or email for a total loss claim yet they answer the sales line no problem,i have now been waiting over 2 months with no car like a prisoner in my own home,cancelling appointments then rebooking and rebooking again,i would never use saga again.I did do a review on trustpilot but i think they delete bad reviews i wonder if this will be removed also i dont understand how they get such a high rating with so many bad reviews”
“Straightforward home insurance theft claim. After 6 months I am still awaiting them to settle the claim or refuse it. No communication or response to my emails or phone calls.”
“No way building and contents insurance had for 9 years never had a claim the renewal has gone up 48percent told them to stick it as I also did with car insurance you have lost a loyal customer”

At least 30 min wait on the phone to be told they will ring us back within 48 hours .... they never do !”

“Just got renewal quote in been with saga 8yrs no claims ever made quote in 51% higher than last year total rip off needless to say won’t use then again”
“After being a customer for over 10 years had to do complete new quote as card had expired but instead of a phone call or a letter sent email which went in junk so then sent letter for policy cancelation for £34 so i phoned to sort this out then they wanted over double total rip off”
