“Saga was a very competitive price. An excellent company to deal with. I moved house while having this policy and Saga were excellent to sort out the changes. Highly recommended.”

“Returning from overseas , I found right the wat though the insurance world it was unreal. Fill in the form and it gave you a price of £700 pa, when doing the same form talking to a agent it shoot up to £4500 and higher. After two weeks and mnany phone calls I asked a agent to give me a reason. He could not but saiud he would come back to me in a couple of days. He did and the sum now was £140+-pa. The run around I had not only from you but others well and this very high price has never been explained and made me very cross.”

“if you want to spend your time getting reams of useless information for these people knock yourself out [i purchased online at go compare] i honestly thought the next proof they wanted from me was what lunch i ate on my 9th birthday!! go ahead buy your own saga insurance online and have your own delightful experience”

“Service I have had is Excellent, I needed two separate amendments to my Policy within 2 weeks of each other and the response was quick and trouble free. I like the fact you speak straight away to a human, not a Computer giving Options.”

“Obtaining the insurance was quick and easy on the Go Compare site and got what I considered a good deal. About a month after setting it up, I moved house just 8 miles to a very similar area and when I tried to change my address they told me my premium would increase by close to 90%. I couldn't believe it at first so called them. They looked into it and the person who called me back also couldn't believe it, but said there was nothing they could do about it because they had no or little risk information about my new home location. I cancelled the policy and found the same insurance with Admiral for a price within 3% of the cost of my original policy with Saga.”

“Bought comparable cover for approx. £120 cheaper. Were told (by Liam) we could get a pro-rata refund for home insurance if cancelled within 14 days. but when we did we were also charged £20 admin fee!”
