Ok I have to slate Sainsbury’s , they are either very stupid or just being facetious, the later I believe to be true. I bought some flowers £6 (& this is not about the money) . They had a five day guarantee, within the 5days all the buds went brown so I called the shop. “Answer “next time you are in the store bring them back , so I did. Oh no receipt or packaging so nothing we can do(why did you not say when I called ). Fine I leave the store ....I then realise I need to go back for a car park ticket , I get back only to hear the woman who served me telling another customer how rude I was ... WOW... she saw me and shut her mouth so quick going red. I then go home & find the packaging but don’t want to drive back because I was upset with the assistant so I emailed head office explained the above & attach image of packaging. Their reply .... you need to contact the company on the rear of the packaging... So I ask why their staff do not know this & do you not guarantee the flowers in your stores ... their response (the facetious one) if you don’t have the packaging or receipt there is nothing we can do. They did not answer either of my questions & they have the image of the packaging... also appears they are not worried they have rude staff . Sainsbury’s star rating I had to hit 1 star but I actually rate it 0 ....

SAINSBURYS ALTRINCHAM HAVING AN OFF DAY???? I occasionally shop here but today 1 out of 4 staff I asked for help was helpful the others appeared disinterested one told me what a bad day they were having and couldn't get home quick enough. Also sent to wrong part of store twice for goods . Security own security unhelpful attitude needless to say will not be returning as there is plenty of competition out there

This is very nasty company , the managers in one store destroyed my husband health, he is now uncomfortable for this company , robbing us every month by £300, you should be ashamed, they treat my husband like a slave.I will not be silent..

Went to Sainsbury's in Canterbury twice in one day total ten minutes but got parking fine more than two weeks after so they want £70 no email for horizon and don't answer phone. £70 a lot for ten minutes it's a total rip off and Sainsbury's have lost my custom

The changes you are obviously trying to attract more customers is NOT working!!! Come on Sainsburys you can do better than this, empty shelves, popular products disappearing, frustrating shopping experience to say the least. Choice and Continuity is all we ask.

Complained about a faulty product and would not offer a refund. When I complained they told me to seek external advice. Yes, I will Sainsburys and will not be letting this go as you are bullies who care nothing about customers

New barne t store. Lifts never work.Staff not interested in helping you,just want a quiet life.Totally bored voice on tannoy. Thank goodness that there is a aldi around the corner.

We will never shop here we detest SAINSBURYS ,we have seen staff bullying unhelpful management we have for last year shopped at Tesco wsitrose lidle.

Worst bank ever! Most obsolete customer login panel I have seen is just one enormous pain in the as*. The customer is not informed about anything! No emails/letters/text messages. Those thieves just silently waiting to steel you hard earn money. Stay away, you have been warned.

Contaminated Ice cream Found black hair in ice cream tub,returned packaging & hair. Sainsbury's admitted liability via mail, sent voucher for £10 ..only enough to cover purchase & p&p..called the careline who accepted this was not enough & that they would send another £10 voucher..12 days ago...still waiting

The delivery service is the worst in the whole earth. I ordered my shop the night before due to arrive morning next day. They sent me a message very early in the morning saying everything was on board. They kept me waiting the whole morning...I called the service and they said the driver was round the corner. The shop arrived but nothing of what I ordered was there. Such a random shop came in with lots of things of the same kind... Never gonna buy online through Sainsbury’s.

Brewery Romford Sainsburys Yesterday on 24/10/2019 about 6pm I had popped into Sainsbury’s to check my lottery ticket.I Had given them my ticket to checking the machine and when they placed it inside it showed that I had one a lucky dip.After that,Lady who working there asked if I want my lucky dip for Wednesday or Saturday.I said Saturday.Right after I said that,she whispered to her colleague "is she for real".As a customer that made me feel upset.How staff who assisting a customer can make any comments about the customer in front of customer.I did not like the way I was treated or spoken too.Then,she tells me that the machine is jammed so I just say okay and leave with my tickets.I was not sure if she gave me the right tickets back, so I went back and asked her.When I put the ticket down and I explained to her why I m back,she slammed her hand onto the table and took the tickets to check if they were right.Her attitude towards me was disgusting.After checking if they were right,she comes back and just throws the ticket onto the table.I did not understand the reason behind her actions.I grabbed my tickets and left.Before leaving I told her that the way I was spoken to and the way I treated was unacceptable.She the decided to shout across the store "yeah,yeah"and then she mumbled stuff to her colleague.I was very disappointed and I will never be going back to that Sainsbury’s again.Alo I will tell to people if they would like to be treated like I was treated they should avoid this Sainsbury’s. Sainsbury’s Management should provide to them staff CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. Felt very shame front off my Daughter because she saw it all this disgusting attitude towards her mum.

Sainsburys Oldbury. Don't use the customer toilets, every time I have had to they have been filthy with excrement spread on seats and floor.
