SAMi® is a video-based sleep activity monitor for parents, caregivers and individuals that need to watch carefully for unusual movements at night. SAMi can detect and alarm on all types of movement, with settings that can be easily customized to your individual needs. During sleep, the SAMi camera's proprietary technology monitors for unusual or abnormal movement in the field of view. When abnormal movement is detected, an alarm sounds on the Apple device running the SAMi iOS app (iPhone / iPod / iPad / Mac) and displays a live video / audio feed. Within seconds, the individual or caregiver can take any necessary action. SAMi will not only reliably alert you to abnormal movement, but automatically records high quality video and audio of the event, providing invaluable video evidence for Neurologists, Epileptologists, and other Healthcare providers to accurately diagnose and prescribe effective treatment plans. “Our daughter's condition has a high prevalence of seizures yet she's been fortunate enough to not have experienced them as of today. We keep a close on her during the day, and at night by co-sleeping. Having the SAMi watch over our daughter provides an additional layer of comfort for us being able to monitor her movements and sleep patterns to evaluate if seizures were present. Traditional cameras do not provide the added benefits of the SAMi in these sensitive situations.”

“SAMi provided my family with a sense of security. My child's seizures were at night and she didn't always wake herself up. For a parent that can be absolutely terrifying. We were able to take recordings to the neurologist for them to see the activity. We are so thankful for SAMi!”

“SAMi has changed out lives and given us a chance to have a normal night of rest. My son's seizures typically happen at night, so this alarm system helps us not only be alerted, but it records the events so we can send them to his doctor. We are so thankful!!! Highly recommend!”

“Our family doesn't have enough great things to say about the SAMi Monitoring system. After our son was diagnosed with epilepsy we were left scrambling with appointments and an awful lot of anxiety and questions about what his life would look like moving forward. After an onslaught of testing, we finally had a clear idea of the type of epilepsy he had and how to best support and monitor his seizure activity. The SAMi monitor has offered us so much comfort and reassurance that, if he has a seizure while we are all sleeping, we will be alerted and can provide him seizure care. “We are so very grateful for our SAMI! Our biggest fear is SUDEP. It is amazing how it can detect even the smallest movement to alert us of a seizure. It’s so easy to use and wonderful to be able to send recordings to our neurologist. It has been a game changer in our level of anxiety of missing a seizure or what that might entail. “The SAMi product has been a fantastic solution for improving the quality of sleep for both me and my wife. With our son diagnosed with epilepsy, concerns about his seizures made it difficult for us to rest peacefully. After purchasing SAMi, we customized the settings to suit our needs. Now, if our son experiences repeated movements lasting more than 40 seconds during his sleep, SAMi promptly alerts us. “Sami cam has been an incredible piece of equipment for my six year old son with epilepsy. We not only can see how many seizures he has throughout the night but also his sleep patterns. Which is a real concern that we weren’t aware of prior to getting the Sami Cam. We are so grateful for this camera! Our nurses use it, ABA therapist, ESE tutor, and our whole family. We can now make sure our son is okay while he’s in his epilepsy safety bed. Our other monitor and camera didn’t pick up every movement and record so that’s also been huge for us to have in the morning -to look over the recordings and see what type of night he had so we know why he’s in the state he’s in the following morning. Thank you Sami Cam! We are so grateful you created such a life changing camera!!”

“I purchased the anti suffocation pillow. It is high quality. I absolutely love the fact that you can customize the pillow. I actually created two pillows with this one pillow. I knew I could trust this company. I also have the Sami Motion detector (full package) for my son with severe epilepsy. It is shocking to truly see what happens at night and has helped immensely with his care and protection.”
