terrible services. items were pre-ordered 2 months ago and still havent received the products

On Feb 27th my washing machine started saying error. I contacted Samsung which had to do a calibration before a repair can come to your house. This machine was bought 8/27/21 and was delivered 9/3/21, so 6 months old. They ordered patty’ parts which of course wasn’t what they needed. That’s on 3/4/22. They come back 3/10/22 and the machine wasn’t fixed from the new tub they put in, so we order more parts and they return 3/15/22. Fix the bottom of the wash machine but the machine still won’t work so now we need a new clutch. I’ve now called Samsung because I’ve taken days off had my mother come out for the repair men and this is just going from one part to another. I was told by Alex that when the repair man comes on 3/23/22 if it needs another part then the machine will be dubbed no good. So the repair man comes and says well we need a new tub, WHAT I said no Alex said the machine is no good then, plus how could it need a new tub when the machine just had one put in 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been used. I can Samsung because they’re telling the repair to order a tub, of course they can’t find the call from Alex and I tell them it was in 3/15/22 nope can’t find it!! So the refund department says the first 3 times the repair man came out don’t count but here is another ticket number so if there is another problem we can talk about new accommodations. But if your warranty is up in August then the machine will be your problem, I said oh no I was smart I have an extended 5 year warranty so it’ll still be your problem.. DON’T BUY FROM SAMSUNG they will not care about your problem. I just started a new job I lost time with unpaid wages and I’m still going thru it. Next visit is 3/29/22 wish me luck!! I’m headed to spend more money at the laundry mat!!!

Horrible...just Horrible! I will never deal with Samsung directly again. One of the most stressful experiences I've ever had. Customer service and e commerce managers have been useless and I'm out nearly 1k and a phone. I will never recommend Samsung for anything.

7 months into a 12 month warrantied fold 3 ($2,000 phone) and the screen began to bubble. Three days into Samsung chat session and here's what I learned. Do not buy anything Samsung from anyone other than Samsung. Apparently they don't trust Verizon enough to offer full warranty service for items they sell for Samsung. They will schedule you a repair time at a local store, in my case Best Buy. When I arrive they did not know I was coming nor did they have the parts, tools, or training to fix my issue. They informed me I was the third customer of the week Samsung had sent there and they told the their Samsung rep weeks ago to stop. Whoever they farmed out to work the customer service chat lines do not understand English enough to be any kind of help. Half the time I had no idea what they were trying to say. Bottom line my phone is still broken. There is no reasonable plan to have it fixed that doesn't leave me without a phone for two weeks. I have bought a new Samsung phone every other year since the S2. Multiple tablets, smart watches, TVs, and appliances. After this experience I will not buy anything Samsung again.

A32 cell phone 6 months old and failed last update. Took to U Break I Fix as instructed by Samsung. They could not repair and said they could not get new phone for me, had to go back thru Samsung. Called multiple times and asked to speak to a supervisor, put on hold each time and after hour or so line goes dead. They want me to send phone to them so they can look at it with no option for new phone for who knows how long. Would be unable to get 2 step verification for how long? Stay away from Samsung!!!!!!!

@SamsungUK had the most appalling customer services when we went to buy two watches from @SamsungUK bristol. shop assistant told us the watch4 we were going to buy were discontinued ... and that we couldn't buy the straps we wanted. as explained inGalaxy Watch4 Bespoke Studio... the assistant (Alfie)pictured below told us the watch 4 was discontinued and we should go to apple store when the watches were not in stock!!! Started rrefund procedure because we are not confident in future support from Samsung..

Samsung Care has the most uniformed reps I've ever encountered. When I asked for help with a forgotten password in the secure folder, the rep asked me if it was an app that I downloaded. I had to explain that it was a Samsung feature on my phone. A horrible waste of time. What a joke.

My phone keeps getting push messages from Samsung. I called to find out how to stop them. Something on their end made my own voice echo constantly and they wouldn't do anything to stop it. I asked if they could call me back and if they could not use speaker phone or a headset so that I could explain what was happening. He hung up on me and didn't call me back.

So I get a new phone...I go to access my samsung account but it won't let me because it keeps sending codes back to the old phone that is back at the TMobile shop because it was traded in. When I get customer service they tell me to wipe my new phone , duh how will that help. They just need to reassociate the acct. with my new phone. They tell me um we don't know how to do that, sorry. Then they hang up on me. IDIOTS!!!!

Samsung watch is garbage costumer service is trash for over six months been trying to get the watch fix and try to get my refund back there always putting my on hold never to right department as I write this down I'm still on hold trying to get my refund back since from December to now March 21 , 2022

Bought tv as a black Friday deal...about month ago we had a bad storm and transformer blew.. after this, My tv was on fritz and finally just went black. Samsung tech refused to come out and look at it if it was on the wall mount. So I had geek squad remove it for me. While they were at the house I showed geek squad the TV issue. No cracks or dents just black screen. Samsung sent tech out and he turned it on to check it first. He explained what he thought the problem was. Then places face down on for to television a piece in tv.. my friend and I watched he pushed down on it so hard to put the back panel back on u heard crunching, but I thought it may just be the sound of the back panel popping into place... the Samsung tech lifts the TV back up and turns it on and turns to us and was nasty asking which one of us broke it.. NOW the TV has a crack and lines up and down the side that were extremely obvious when TV was on.. Samsung tech wrote un his paperwork that it there was physical damage to tv upon arrival and Samsung stated that its not covered. I explained the situation.. how both geek squad tech and Samsung tech both looked at TVand their was no physical damage and that the Samsung tech inspected the TV and turned it on prior to him wokring on it and then after he touched it there was physical damage.. didn't matter.. they stated nothing they could do cause the Samsung tech said it was broken by us... i asked them if there was physical damage upon arrival supposedly then why would the twch eveb attrmpt to work on the tv? Samsung customer service supervisor had no answer for me except that he spoke to the tech and the tech stated the tv had physical damege to screen upon arrival. the tech lied and Samsung won't help.. TV was 3 months old and we saved for it... and their responce was to just buy a new one because they can't help us without video evidence.ThankS for nothing samsung

Horrible bunch of liars. They have been dragging me along for a month over a brand new washer thats broken and cannot be repaired. First. was offered 270 to spend more money on there website i said no i want an exchange. So then im waiting on a new washer that wasnt even coming. They lied so many times. Samsung will not honor there warranty its a horrible company and me and my family will NEVER buy a samsung product again and i urge others to think twice.

Samsung have great products but their customer service is appalling! Orders are rarely delivered when promised, you are often given made up dates for when your product will arrive & are just made to feel like an absolute pest ! They take your cash promptly but offer only dirt poor service! Quite surprising that a giant company like Samsung get away with this level of service in 2022 !

The worst system ever. The people are OK but Samsung support systems is just awful. Samsung mistakenly returned shipped a repaired cell after a shipping hold was placed on the order. There was no way to correct Samsung's error.. NO WAY.

Since the latest "software" update that I trusted to install...my phone has become a paperweight. I have sat on hold twice in one day for at least 15 mins each time (said it would be 3 mins)...to have nothing resolved. I did the phone reset as suggested and waited on call back...then I couldn't even answer the call back, phone didn't work...3 times in a row. I know they put some kind of crash bug in this latest update to kill ur phone...so you have to but another one. Not happy...nothing was resolved in phone calls...even got hung up on because I expressed my "feelings" about the corrupted update data. Was even approached with the pay to have phone fixed option....Im not paying even more for a phone that I already payed for....this phone is about 4 months old. Told them that not all Americans are made of money and I won't be paying another dime. I won't be buying another Samsung phone. You can take your phone and shove it where the sun don't shine...And I will be expressing my feelings to everyone I know. Just...dont expect to be helped here....

stove rusted within 2 months, took EIGHT months and at least 50 hours to " resolve" and that was ONLY AFTER I WROTE BBB. Cell phone died three times due to overheating battery, again- lack of Samsucks service wasted wekks of my time, Runaround to at least 4 or 5 people EACH conversation, had to keep explaining problem, and then NO RESULT. Sent phone in three times, and without fail, Samsucks would then call me to tell me screen was cracked or no longer under warranty, so they needed to charge my credit card $180 before they would repait phone. ALL LIES- IS STILL UNDER WARRANT YAND SCREEN IS PERFECT !!! I sent the phone in last time with PHOTS of it in the box to show how perfect it ooked, and had 2 witnesses sign a paper I wrote saying it was all perfect. Thsi time, no calls, but THEY LOST THE PHONE . Still dealing with that BS.... SAMSUCKS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUPPORT OF AND COMPANY, AND NOW THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUST AS LOUSY.... DON'T BUY !! FOTMER LOVER OF THEIR PRODUCTS, ....caht, phone and email all had huge waits and major runarounds....

I spoke to multiple agents in a 2 day timeframe. It's difficult to understand the agents. They do not understand what I'm explaining to them. Because of an error on the financing side and not approving the correct amount the price of the appliance continued to go up each time I'm checking the status waiting for it to be updated. So essentially amount they had to correct is still not going to be enough for the refrigerator. Horrible, horrible service. I canceled the order.

cannot believe the awful service which is provided by samsung. I don't know how they can get away with 2 hour wait times, staff jot understanding the request or their processes and no way to ask for a manager to investigate so stressful and puts off having a contract with them and giving them hard earned money.
