I purchased an Acer laptop from Save on laptops and it did not meet my requirements as I found it to be faulty within days of arrival. I was advised that it would need to be returned to be repaired, of which I did. It was then returned to me after a couple of weeks and didn't even get passed the boot up process, so I requested a refund as it wasn't fit for purpose. I was then told that the unit had to be sent back to the repair centre three times before then being sent back for replacement/refund options. I found their customer service to be not very helpful, and at times dismissive. I had lost a lot of work and time dealing with this issue and finally had to let Trading Standards intervene to gain a refund from Save on laptops. Personally I would not use their company again.

Ordered a laptop, they said it was dispatched April 11th. Rang on April 17th, was told the laptop was being delivered by external company. Asked to have a the delivery details forwarded to me, so that I could follow up on the delivery. No details were given. Emailed the company on the 23rd April, was then told that the delivery had failed. At no point did a courier or the company contact me about the delivery (they had 2 phone numbers and an email address to contact me). No other delivery from eBay or product bought using PayPal failed to be delivered to me. When I furthered inquired about the failed delivery, I was informed that the delivery had in fact been returned to the company on April 17th as a failed delivery. I was given a refund to which I have yet to be credited. 2 weeks wasted by this company and a totally unsatisfactory customer communication. I have also made a formal complaint to eBay about how I was treated.

In my opinion you are the most despicable and unethical company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Not that anyone will ever read this feedback any more than you will refund me for the item I incorrectly ordered and merely wanted to swap, or any more than you will answer my emails.

Do not buy from this company, they bombard you with junk mail even after 4 attempts at telling them to remove me from there mailing lists and clicking the hard to find unsubscribe key

Very poor service - laptop had poor keyboard and it was possible to see within a minute or so that this laptop wasn't going to be suitable. The distance selling regulations provide a right to return unsuitable goods - save on laptops refused. I'll need to use the Ombudsman to get another result.

Really disappointed with Save on laptops and Hewlett Packard. SoL advertised a cashback offer which HP would not honour even though I complied with all the requirements for it. Both admitted an error had been made but refused to rectify it. BTW the laptop is fine but I won't be buying any HP stuff again and certainly will not buy from Save on Laptops again

replaced my order with a different item without telling me, wouldnt pay the postage to return it, i wrote a complaint letter to them and they didnt even bother to reply - i will never deal with these again.

Ordered a laptop to be delivered by click & collect. Had email saying it was ready for collection, but when I turned up it wasn't there. Spoke to Click & Collect who said they would have to launch an investigation which could take several weeks. So I contacted Save On Laptops who told me that I couldn't have a refund or replacement and would have to wait until the investigation was completed. I didn't how it was my problem if their supplier has lost the laptop ? Fortunately the click & collect people quickly found the laptop and I got it the next day. But I was extremely unimpressed with how Save on Laptops dealt with the issue, had it really been lost I would have been taking matters further with VISA to recover my money!

I have bought 2 laptops from you last year. These both arrived on time. However, I purchased the 2nd laptop as a Christmas present for my son who lives apart from me. I paid extra for the Norton antivirus. I assumed the Norton program had been installed with the other apps in the computer. It was only some weeks following Christmas that my son lost the use of the computer through a virus. It was only at this time that I realised that the Norton antivirus program had not been included in the package. I checked the computer and there were certainly no DVD disc in the parcel. I called the company highlighting this fact, but got no sympathy or help as to something which was your mistake. I am really dismayed at your lack of understanding and lack of customer care. I will certainly not be dealing with you again in the future.. yOU DO NOT DESERVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS
