“Ordered Freesia and Rose bouquet. Flowers arrived on time but roses died within 2 day before Freesia had even come out. Recipient phoned customer service and received a fresh bouquet and apology a couple of days later. Great customer service”

“The on-line purchasing process was easy to follow. However, I asked for delivery on 3 March (birthday on 4 March) and the actual delivery was on 28 February, which I thought was too far in advance of the requested date. I do understand that delivery is not guaranteed, but one day either side seems to be the norm. This will not prevent me from using the service again.”

“I was disappointed to hear from my sister that the flowers that I sent her from you were just left on the doorstep, she couldn't tell me how long they had been there, but her husband found them when he came home from work. It would have been nice for her to receive them personally, saying that she said the flowers were beautiful. Thank you.”

“Easy to send but as the delivery is for 11th of Febuary it's a bit early to tell if the flowers arrive on said date and at what standard the arrangement is to the recepient”

“Website very easy to navigate. Thought I had asked for delivery on a Thursday, my friend's day off, but flowers arrived on the Wednesday, which was OK as she was unwell and therefore at home to receive them. Apparently the flowers were absolutely lovely - very fresh and beautiful colours. I have used Sendabunch many times over the years for floral gifts and have always been delighted with their quality and value.”

“I often order flowers from send a bunch to relatives that I don't live near & they are always happy. I recently happened to be with my Mum when flowers arrived so I saw them for myself and I was pleased with the great value for money. If you don't want to pay the steep prices of interflora & M&S, then I would recommend send a bunch”

“The recipient of the flowers was delighted with the choice, I was a little disappointed due to asking for them to be delivered on the 6th January which was her 80th birthday and they were in fact delivered on Sat. 3rd which rather spoilt the surprise.”

“Being Christmas run up, the delivery was on the date agreed beforehand. As we are not taking about flowers in bloom, but bulbs in a pot, it is miles too early to make any comment.”
