“My sister was very pleased with the bouquets so far one for xmas and one for her birthday last august so I can only say I am satisfied with the service as it is very speedy and hastle free. I will continue to use it in the future.”

“Quality of flower bunches sent is very good, and good value for money. Covering messages are accurately conveyed. Required delivery date is usually adhered to. I have successfully used Sendabunch, Guernsey, for over 20 years. Ian Adams”

“Overall the flowers are always good and last a really long time. The website isn't as user-friendly as it could be however. When I got to the point where I could read back what I'd written I saw a small mistake and couldn't find a way to make a correction except by going back. When I did this everything was deleted and I had to start again. This happened twice, and by the time I got it right I was too late to send flowers for Christmas without paying an extra £8 for express delivery. I didn't want to do that but there was no option of sending it without the £8 to arrive whenever it did, which anyway would be in time for New Year. I gave up and phoned instead, and then I had to be given another number. So to sum up, the flowers are good but the website could do better.”

“I have to admit that I was very disappointed with the first Christmas bouquets that were sent to close family friends. However, after I made my feelings known to Sendabunch, they quickly responded by offering to send replacement bouquets that were more acceptable. I simply could not fault the customer service.”

“I just want to know if the bunch was delivered in the guaranteed delivery time (which I paid for). The receipient did not mention the flowers when I telephoned on her birthday (19th December) but did mention them in the New Year.”

“I always use Sendabunch to send flowers due to their reliability and quality of product. I send Christmas flowers to some older relatives every year and despite the fact that they must be exceptionally busy, the flowers are always delivered on the date requested. I would recommend them every time. Leigh Tapley”

“I placed my regular order of Christmas carnations, the delivery was excellent on 22 Dec and the flowers were in very good condition upon arrival. However, they have failed to open and are still in slightly-open bud form which has been disappointing.”

“i have used Sendabunch on previous occassions and things have gone fine. this time i used the online service and because of the rather strange address the flowers did not arrive. within 10 mins of my email they had sorted it out , apologised adn re-sent the flowers which have arrived. you never truly know how good a company is until there is a problem and I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED at the way and the speed at which the customer service department deallt with things. I WILL CERTAINLY BE USING THWM AGAIN.”

“The product is good. The web experience is still lacking. Default billing and shipping addresses are recorded for my account yet are difficult to use. I ship to the same address each time by rely on my browser to complete the fields. I get the impression that default billing may have helped a little. It would be really nice to be able to just choose a recorded recipient and auto-fill the required fields.”

“The flowers & service are excellent. The new web site is easier to use. However the number of characters allowed for the lines of the address are far too few for English addresses where there may be as many as 4 lines excluding the name of the County. Can you please provide more space.”

“As I live in france I'm not at the receiving end , however tne receipents appear to be very happy with your products . They are very well priced in todays market and I would recommend them to any one wishing to purchase a vaired chose of flowers.”
