“Everything fine but...why was the delivery made 3 days early? I had specified the flowers and chocolates to be delivered on 28th July - not 25th July.”

“while the initial delivery of my order was poor in condition of the product, upon complaining to you I am glad to say the recipient of the replacement order was delighted so I can say the eventual service was good. thank you”

“Hi there, I orderede freesias to be sent to a lady for her 80th birthday and they arrived on the right day and she sent a thank you email saying how lovely they were ,so she was very pleased and so was I! Well done, many thanks M. M.”

“Flowers/plants arrive in fresh condition - if there has been a problem, this has, to my knowledge been rectified promptly and efficiently with appropriate apology. As far as I am aware, there has been no issue with late delivery. Overall, very satisfied with service offered.”

“As I have been a customer for many years it would be a nice gesture if the company introduced a method of thanking customers like myself who have remained with you and have spread the word of your good service. I would also like to suggest introducing (unless it is something I have missed) a section where additional delivery instructions can be added. My mother is 86, nearly blind and is house bound. When the postal van arrives at her house she has to shout for them to come in but on many occasions they cannot hear her and to leave a note is not advisable due to the safety issue. she then has to find someone who can go to the central town postoffice to pick up the flowers. She has no family nearby so this is quite a difficult thing for her to organise. A note stuck on with the delivery address could help to overcome this problem? Many thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Your flowers and service are fantastic and my mother is so happy to receive the wonderful box of flowers which helps to lighten her day and reminds her someone cares. “Product as usual very good-However delivery was 4 days early when recipient was away-fortunately neighbour kept in cool area and when they were finally received by the intende d recipient they were still in reasonable condition due the good packing in the first place. more notice of the actual date for delivery would have been helpful.”

“The site is easy to use. The flowers delivered were fine & greatly appreciated. My only disappointment is the charge of £8 if you want to guarantee delivery on a certain day. This in my opinion is excessive at approx. one third of the cost of a bouquet.”

“I have always been very satisfied with the service of Sendabunch. Just one quick comment however. Nearly every time I order flowers for someone for a birthday they arrive 2 or 3 days before the actual date of the birthday. Whilst I of course prefer the flowers to arrive early rather than late, it would be nicer for the person if they could arrive on the day of the birthday. Perhaps you can put a field on your website where people can specify that they don't want the flowers to arrive before a certain date. Many thanks”
