“I have used Sendabunch on numerous occasions over several years. The service has always been efficient and the standard consistently good. On the last occasion the flowers and chocolates were delivered a day before the requested one, but obviously better too soon than too late. I live outside the U.K. and so using the service to send flowers to family and friends within the U.K., for birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions, is very helpful. The recipients inform me that the flowers are always fresh and beautifully presented, well packaged and delivered in good order. The chocolates are always perfectly acceptable as well. Altogether a reliable service of a high standard.”

“I was looking for Charity Flowers and very sorry it is no more as I have been using it to send flowers and support a small charity for years. I gather sendabunch is the company that was fulfilling these orders. The orders were received on time and much appreciated. It is just sad that I can no longer support this charity while sending flowers.”

“What I ordered was delivered satisfactorily. However, I requested delivery on Saturday 5 March but the flowers were actually delivered on Friday 4 March.”

“The service was quick but actually too quick! My order indicated the date I was looking for (to coincide with a birthday of a family member) but the flowers arrived a day early. While it could have been a lot worse (a day later), nevertheless I was a little disappointed that they didn't arrive on the day that was indicated on the order.”

“The recipients said the flowers were fine. (no adverse comments). I didn't actually see them. My only comment is that both lots I ordered arrived in time for Christmas but were 2 and 3 days later than I had stipulated. I trust they had not been kept in the post office for that extra length of time?”

“On-line ordering is quick & efficient. The quality delivered in the U.K. is very good. My only comment is that because I don't pay extra for specific day delivery it appears almost deliberate that the flowers are never actually delivered on the requested day. The only good thing is that at least they are a day or two early & not late.”
