“I don't write reviews on products I have never seen and yet you ask me every time! I suggest you ask the recipient - maybe a prepaid postcard with the delivery. Yes, she said they were lovely, but if it was me, that's what I would say, whatever they were like! A bit disappointed that they were delivered two days before the birthday date requested....”

“Deliveries on the right day. I asked for a pink rose plant the week before Xmas - a red one arrived. I presumed you had run out of pink ones for a very old cousin but maybe the sender thought I would have meant a red one!! Never mind, the receiver was very happy with what arrived. The red carnations were also much appreciated , so thank you.”

“The flowers delivered were lovely and lasted well. Unfortunately one order had delayed delivery due to Royal Mail leaving them at the wrong house but Sendabunch quickly sent a further bouquet.Good service”

“Selecting flowers on the website is a very easy process, however, the process for completing the recipient's details and the billing person's details is very confusing. To be sure I had got it right, (The flowers were going to a 104 year old friend), I phoned your customer service department. The lady I spoke to was extremely courteous, helpful and reassuring.”

“The freesias were a Christmas present for my brother. I have sent him flowers at Christmas before. He told me they were lovely with a wonderful perfume but that they didn't last as long as previous ones.”
