“We have used Sendabunch many times over the years since before it was Sendabunch. Only once did I have a recipiant say the roses did not look good when they arrived and did not last long. Now I avoid ordering roses. My husband usually places the order and says your site was actually easier to use a while back. Repeat orders came up as you typed in the address. I think at one time you even asked us at Christmas if we wanted to send flower to those we had sent to in past years. Maybe before the company changed names? We are happy to use your service rather than inter flora or similar. Happy New year to all those that work on our orders!”

“Mostly great service in the past, but over Easter their delivery person couldn't make my mum hear to drop off flowers, so they took them to the POST OFFICE for 4 days until re-delivery the following Tuesday. Need better delivery people if they're going to do that. Did sort in the end and resend flowers, but seriously, it was a stupid mistake. Cautious about using again.”
