“The tours and the guides are excellent. The flight arrangements are a problem. The booking reference MUST be the same for a couple and not include other travellers. Otherwise it is impossible for us to get seats together, make changes to seats, do upgrades on advance check-in and similar. As well, seats MUST be able to be preselected for upgrades to Premium Economy or Business Class when the upgrade was booked. If I did the flight separately I could do this but not if Senior Tours does it even though the price I pay is the same. These kinds of changes would make the trip much less stressful and are necessary even if the price for each traveller increases. I think that people would be happy to pay more to have these additional services and would bring this part of the tour to the same high standards.”
“Good tours, but need to double-check arrangements are accurate and follow customer's wishes. Also when company cancels a tour need to refund ALL monies back to customers ie not give partial refund and hold some as a credit, because not all customers will be able to re-schedule trips.”
“Mostly good. But my last trip was not too enjoyable. I'm 83 yrs old and cannot walk fast. Many excursions I missed out. Now. I do not want to travel and get stuck somewhere. I will travel again, I'm sure. Perhaps in the fall.”

“I have travelled with Senior Discovery Tours many times starting with a memorable trip to the Middle East in 2010. I have generally found their tours to be interesting and enjoyable and have only had the odd reason to grumble.
I am so looking forward to being able to travel again. I look forward to the time when you're able to send out a brochure again.”

individuals on each trip. I prefer groups under 18 where we
can travel on smaller buses.

I would prefer that you provide more flight options so that I can choose a preferred seat type and location without having to wait till it's nearly time to go. Just as I can choose a cabin type for a cruise, I want to be able to choose a seat type for my flight. I do not like flying in the least comfortable part of the plane. “The group age was a bit too old and slow for our preference, although we are nearing 70. Some people needed two canes to walk or others could barely walk at all. We love to walk and explore but the long time spend on buses took away from ground tours. Expeditions were too early in the morning, hotel did not provide full breakfast before leaving. Otherwise our tour guide, Ruby from Montreal, was great.”

“I have been on 7 trips with SDT and have found them to be excellent.
They are well organized and exactly as described in the brochure.
I also like the fact that the cost listed for the tour includes everything
unlike other tour groups. The reason I haven't given SDT 5 stars is
that on one of my trips the tour manager (not an employee of SDT)
did not even come close to doing her job but other than her all the others have been marvellous. Hopefully, when all is "calm" again I look forward to more trips with Senior Discovery Tours.”

“Being at a high risk levels I’m not sure we would be interested In Travelling at all at this time anywhere? The risk is so high and away from family what kind of insurance would one have require for a pandemic situation and I understand a lot of companies will not I sure for those reasons alone.”
