“I ordered flowers, white vase, cake, balloon & card. I assumed that the flowers will be inside the vase and the balloon attached to the vase (as this is not my first time order flower delivery in UK). But in reality, each item's were separated, lile the flowers alone and the vase alone and the balloon alone. I felt soo impressed as the gift was like a puzzle, and the reciver have to build the flower by him self. Moreover, the cake was soo small. The actual measurement should be mention in the website in order for the consumer to imagine the size of the gift he his pushing.”

“The hospital would not accept flowers other than those taken by guests. So not really the florists fault although he should have known this before I placed the order. Janyce Maund”

“The flowers were ordered for a special birthday. They were delivered as ordered but were very poor quality, going brown. In fact they lasted three days. In the meantime I contacted customer service by Facebook and Twitter ( email facility wasn’t working). This was a Saturday and a replacement delivery was arranged for Monday. I am told that these have arrived and are beautiful but it was very embarrassing to be told on Friday that an arrangement of dying Rosie’s had been delivered. Customer service handled it well but it should never happened and there shouldn’t have been a 48 hour delay.”

“First of all communication is good but quality of flowers poor roses going brown day they were delivered.looked like Yodel had been playing football with the box as it was crushed and holed..flowers did not look like what was advertised”

“When the flowers arrived the box was quite badly bashed and damaged, also the flowers inside had started to turn brown and dry out on the tips of the petals. I have used serenata flowers in the past and i am hoping this is a one off.”

“I ordered flowers for my friends 60th birthday and paid for guaranteed courier delivery on 12th. They did not get delivered until 13th and didn't look as nice as expected. Indeed I cannot see them lasting long. It actually looks as though I forgot her birthday and ordered them as an after thought as everyone else had them delivered on the day. I am seriously disappointed.”

“The ordered flowers were for a wedding anniversary on the 6th January as were two bouquets that came from other suppliers. Whilst the two bouquets have held their colours and shapes the roses in the Serenata order turned brown a few days ago. That is very disappointing. So, I cannot give more than two stars. I may say that, otherwise, the delivery was on time and the packaging was excellent.”

“I didn’t want a bunch of flowers delivered in a box and expected to receive a bouquet. The quality is that of any supermarket flowers for much more money. Very disappointing”

“Not delivered on day ordered for nor next day heard nothing on third day. Promised £3 refund but very disappointing. Will not use again. Will my order ever be delivered? Four days at least for a golden wedding anniversary, not good enough!”
