A £5 bunch of garage flowers for twenty quid. Disappointing.

Flower is not in good condition for the money I have paid. Teddy bear is not what I ordered and the card is next to nothing in terms of quality. Long story short, it ruined my wife's birthday and wasted my money if I'm honest

Flowers not fresh, complete disappointment. These were for a birthday, "my daughter in law" she was not going to mention it but my son let me know the condition of the delivery Shame because the email customer service was great. Glad I did not pay a lot for them.

Ordered 2 bunches of flowers 1 for delivery 3/1/18 and 1 for 4/1/18 - emailed Serenata this morning to make sure the 1st batch is arriving today as not had a text from DPD with a delivery slot to be told no, they wont be delivered until the 4th!

Flowers were delivered on time that was great but the flowers were either brown or dead really disgrace as it was my wife’s birthday and wanted it special so I am not pleased I have complained and STILL WAITING. For a response from you , ?

Ihave already sent a review.My friend has just sent me another photo of the flowers she received on the 29/12/17 and as you can see they are dead. Very disappointed and will not be using your company again

Sent flowers to a friend. When she received them roses wherepoor. One had freeze burn and the other had petals about to fall off .

The flowers were smaller than expected and not in as good condition as I expected. The vase was also smaller than suggested on the website; to be honest I should have spent half my money and brought a £10 bunch from Tesco, where I’d have got more flowers and they’d have lasted longer.

The plant itself was very nice but it was poorly packaged and the plant pot was broken, which was extremely disappointing as it was a gift for my elderly mother.

I do think the courier could have done better , I know it was my fault that I missed a line of Address , I also sent chocolate ‘s where did they go

I ordered flowers to be delivered in time for my daughters birthday, I received an email to say they had been delivered, only to find out they hadn't been. When I contacted you, you informed me that they hadn't been delivered . You did deliver the next day and refunded 15% of cost, but unfortunately you let me down, and more importantly you let my daughter down

The plant arrangement I had delivered to my parents was damaged in transit and all the plants were loose. Sent a message to say how upset my mother was and got a standard email asking me to send a picture of state of the flowers were on arrival - this is impossible as my mother had replanted the plants and they weren't flowers delivered but PLANT arrangement. Very disappointed

Birthday flowers not delivered on the day, despite being told they were out for delivery by lunchtime. They were delivered the next day and I was refunded a small amount, but if you miss a birthday, it's just too late.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the roses. The majority of them were visibly dying, having spent a lot of money on them I don’t think this is acceptable and will be reluctant to use you again

They used 3rd party to deliver goods and were unable to give any confirmation as to whether flowers had been delivered

While i cannot fault the delivery process.i see the flowers myself today when visiting my girlfreind.i'm very disapointed as was my girlfreind.i ordered red roses and what was delivered was very dark looking roses with petals that looked quite withered.my girlfreind was not happy as the flowers were for our 6 month anniversary and the flowers certainly did not match the occasion for which i ordered them for.not impressed.

Quite a few of the flower heads were broken when my parents unpackaged them. After three days the three main orange flowers (gerbera) wilted so that the heads were dangling down. After removing these from the bunch it was found that the stems were rotting. The rest of the bunch is OK but now missing any orange colour which was part of the point of the arrangement.

The courier tried to deliver shipment app. 08:30 p.m. to the office. Then we changed the delivery address to our privete. Unfortunetly flowers were not delivered at all. Customer service will not do the refund. Customer serive is not able to find a solution.

Beware of amateur products not like the photos on website I ordered a red robin deluxe arrangement. The type and quality of the items in the arrangement and the skill of the florist is way below the standard of the florist who made the arrangement for display on website. The apples are wrong and the red foliage is inadequate as are the quantity of berries. The shape of the arrangement is also wrong. This product is NOT acceptable and despite several attempts to get the problem sorted the Seranata company insist they have sent a correct flower arrangement and refuse to redo or refund. I will NOT be buying from them again. BEWARE !
